Friends of Ightenhill Park
Volunteer powered park life in Burnley — events, projects and year-round care.
Welcome to the Friends of Ightenhill Park, make sure to follow us on our facebook for the most recent updates and up and coming events on Facebook.
Friends of Ightenhill Park is a volunteer-led group helping our local park thrive.
For over 20 years we’ve brought people together at community events — from the Ightenhill Festival to carols in the park — while working with Burnley Borough Council’s Green Spaces team to deliver practical improvements and keep the park welcoming all year-round.
Join a friendly volunteer session, check what’s on next, or chip in to support future projects.
